Welcome to my corner of the web! I created this website to showcase my technical writing. I have always had a passion for writing and I plan to use this website to share my knowledge, document my home lab setup and generally post about technical topics of my intrest.

A little about me

My name is Mark Patterson and I live in Valparaisio, Indiana. I have over 16 years of professional IT experience. I love technology and have a natural curiousity for how things work. I have been taking things apart and tinkering with electronics since I was a little child. I love figuring out how things operate. When I am not working or tinkering with electronics I love spending time with my family. I have two daughters and two German Shepards. We love roadtrips, swimming and taking the dogs out on hikes.

What to expect from this website

My home lab setup has over 60 docker containers that host various services for my friends and family. I plan on slowly filling up the Posts section as I have time regarding my setup and these services. Some of the other topics I plan to write about are:
